Our New spacious fully air-conditioned family home is only 10 minutes from Disney and all other main attractions are within 20 minutes. Located within this beautiful gated community, our villa offers 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and is licensed to sleep up to 12 people.

Town Center is only 5 minutes from Champions Gate, with Golf Courses and a new Shopping and Golf Center. The community itself offers a gated entry system and is located within a conservation area, surrounded with natural lakes and offers plenty of space to relax after a hectic day at the theme parks. Take your pick from the comfortably furnished family room or relax by the pool with its covered lanai and patio furniture.

	The family room is open plan with a Cable TV, DVD sound system, Sony PS2 games included, sound system, video player and CD player. It has two sofas to sit on, one of which is a queen sleeper to accommodate two guests if needed
The family room adjoins the kitchen area and breakfast nook. There is also a spacious dining area with table and chairs

KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances microwave, dishwasher, electric cooking range, fridge freezer and all the utensils you could ever want, should you decide to cook. There is a separate laundry room to the rear of the garage, which houses a washing machine and tumble dryer.

	BEDROOMS The 2 master bedrooms are spacious and offer en-suite bathrooms, mirrored vanity cabinets, walk in wardrobes, cable TV and a clock radio.
	The other bedrooms offer a queen bed and the other two bedrooms offer 2x2 twin beds, the Disney room being perfect for the kids as it is bright and airy, with pictures giving a real Disney feel.

The main bathroom offers a vanity unit, shower and bath with separate WC.

In the evening sit by the pool with a glass of wine and watch the Floridian sun set or simply laze around the villa...after all you are on vacation!

The pool has steps to gain access and a depth of 6 ft at the deep end, it looks wonderful when lit up at night. There is also a gas BBQ ready for you to use if you want to eat al fresco.

Orlando is bursting at the seams with attractions and entertainment, Disney, Universal and Seaworld are only minutes away from the villa.

If the sun is shining and the weather is hot, put on your sunhat, jump in the car and head for the beach on either the Gulf or Atlantic coast, both are only about a one hour drive. If that's a little too far, spend the afternoon lazing by the pool, read a book and watch the children splashing around!

For your safety and peace of mind all the exits to the pool are alarmed...so no one can escape without someone knowing!
